This error displays if you have not provided us with the correct Minecraft.net username. If you are logged into the game, the following steps will work:
1) Launch the Game
2) Before you click the Play button, look in the lower right hand corner.
3) You will see Welcome, USERNAME…
4) You need to email this username to info@GamEDAcademy.com. Make sure you include the class you are enrolled in and the student's first and last name.
